This is most likely because your browser is not configured to allow web font downloads.
Its a known issue with default configurations on some versions of Internet Explorer.
We use web fonts extensively across our web platform – particularly in areas like the Form designer – so if you are not seeing icons on these pages, then chances are your browser is preventing download of these.
To fix the issue, you need to enable your browser to download and show web fonts
1. Go to the “cog” icon in the top right of IE, then choose Internet Options
2. Go to the Security tab and click to edit the settings for the Internet zone (or choose Custom Level).
3. Set the Font Download option to Enable as shown below:
4. Hit OK through the dialogs to apply your changes
5. Force a full reload of an taskform website page by holding down the Shift key and clicking the Refresh button in the browser.
6. If this doesn’t help, try closing all browser windows and re-opening, then browsing to the offending taskform page.
Alternatively, try adding our website to IE’s list of Trusted Sites
1. Go to the “cog” icon in the top right of IE, then choose Internet Options
2. Go to the Security tab and click to edit the settings for the Internet zone (or choose Custom Level).
3. Click the Sites button
4. Enter the base website address for our platform
5. Click the Add button
6. Restart your browser and try navigating back to the offending page(s) on our web platform
If your browser is controlled by an enterprise group policy, you will need to contact your IT administrator to request that web fonts be unblocked
We highly recommend you or your IT administrator refer to this article in considering how to update group policies to allow web font downloads.
If all else fails, consider switching to one of the following browsers
